Here at Meatworx we recommend that we process your beast at 5-7 days. The steak will be left whole and vacuum sealed and stored for 4 weeks from slaughter date. More information is available on our FAQ's. If this option is chosen, meat has to be picked up in two stages - first when the beef has been processed, and again when the steaks are ready.
